Piece 02:

Manifest what you dream. Live what you manifest

This piece came from a new practice I found in my life. After years of therapy and self-discovery, I started reading and listening more about the power of our minds — and honestly, I realized how much we underestimate it. We have thousands of thoughts every day. Most of them are automatic. Most of them are repetitive. And what I started noticing is that it’s not about controlling every thought… It’s about choosing which ones we give energy to.

OMG, the negative spiral is real. One small doubt turns into ten. Then it turns into a full snowball of “I’m not good enough,” “what if this fails,” “who do I think I am?” And then I learned something simple but powerful: if the mind can spiral down, it can spiral up too. The brain doesn’t really know the difference between what’s vividly imagined and what’s happening. So what if we practiced imagining the good more often?

That’s where manifestation came in for me. Not in a magical, fairy-dust way. More like a discipline. A mindset shift. I either meditate on it at night or first thing in the morning (when my son isn’t yelling “Mum!” from the other room, haha). I start with gratitude, then I visualize the life I’m building — as if it’s already unfolding. And something changes. I show up differently. I feel lighter. I act more aligned.

I’m not an expert, and I’m definitely not here to convince anyone of anything. I’m just sharing what has genuinely transformed the way I filter my thoughts and emotions. For me, “Manifest. Live. Sleep. Repeat.” is a reminder. To believe a little more. To focus on abundance instead of fear. To trust that things are working — even when I can’t see them yet.
